Typically we start by presenting 3 new concepts for a single space.   We find it important to look how these 3 new ideas compare to what you have now, how these new ideas contrast to each other, and how these ideas vary in price / time / quality.  Very often we explore:  1 - will minimal changes achieve your goals?  2 - what do you gain by making big, far reaching modifications?  3 - is there a happy balance between the two?

HIGHLY VISUAL

Darkhorse provides stunning and realistic 3D colored renderings with walk through animations.  Unlike other design programs; with Sketchup, the sky is the limit.  If an image of your selection can be found online, it can be imported into your renderings.  More specifically, if it cannot be found, Christie knows a bunch of tricks to manipulate available images into a great representation of your selection.

TACTILE & TANGIBLE

Christie insists on presenting you with handheld samples.  Plus she works hard to accurately represent proportions.  Understanding how a project looks and feels in real life is the key to a successful design and the beginning of a successful remodel.
